基于无线传感网络的煤矿井温湿度监控系统设计

Design of coal mine well temperature and humidity monitoring system based on Wireless Sensor Network

摘要:

本文针对ZigBee的技术特点和煤矿开采区域对空气参数的要求,将基于ZigBee的无线传感网络技术应用于煤矿企业矿井环境监控领域,提出一种智能化、精确化的矿井环境温湿度监控系统设计方案。本系统以CC2530芯片为核心设计了无线传感网络的硬件平台,结合ZigBee协议栈和模糊PID控制算法设计系统软件流程,实现对目标监测区内的温度和湿度等矿井环境信息进行快速、可靠的远程采集和传输,并进行精确控制。经测试,该系统经济实用、组网灵活、控制准确度高,为煤矿企业矿井环境精准监控提供了一种有效解决方案。

Abstract:

According to the technical characteristics of ZigBee and coal mining area requirements for air parameters, will be based on the application of wireless sensor network technology of ZigBee coal mine mine field of environmental monitoring, put forward a kind of intelligent, precise mine environment temperature and humidity control system design. After testing, the system is economical and practical, flexible, high accuracy of control, provides an effective solution for the coal mining enterprises to accurately control the mine environment.
